Overview

Would you like for your students to be able to collaborate, problem-solve, and brainstorm remotely with each other or other classrooms? In Google Hangouts, educators and students can quickly and easily start video chat sessions for real-time collaboration, and by including Scoot and Doodle, a free Google Hangout app, you can greatly enrich the collaborative features. Join Dr. Jayme Linton as she shares how you can use this app in Google Hangouts to get creative and collaboratively sketch, brainstorm, plan, and solve problems. Whether you teach in a face-to-face, blended or online setting, Jayme will also show how these tools can help you and your students take real-time collaboration to the next level.

Good ideas. However, I wish I would have been able to see how Scoot and Doodle actually worked. It would have been helpful if the presenter would have provided a sample lesson.
