Workshop Description:
Understanding students' behavior, and misbehavior, is often a challenge even for the most experienced teachers. Join Melissa Mann for this hands-on, interactive workshop as she shares evidence-based, positive, and proactive practices that support and respond to students’ social, emotional, and behavioral needs in the classroom. Participants will also have the chance to build a toolbox of resources that will help students take charge of their own behavior and interact with their environment positively.

Special Technology Instructions:
Participants will need access to an internet device and a non-school, personal Google account. SimpleK12’s Google Classroom will be utilized for the interactive and hands-on components of this workshop.
Assessment:
Participants will complete an exit ticket to demonstrate their understanding of the workshop objectives and reflect on their learning.
