    Dr. Courtney Teague makes you think and examine how you see yourself. Her presentation is caring and very helpful. I have never heard an approach like hers that is needed as a teacher and person on how to be a better version and healthier version of you! My only addition to what she says is that if you have a day where you don't do your best to meet your goal, don't give up. You forgive yourself, write how you will do better and move forward to a better you!
