Great information. Knowing your style under stress is key to preparing for a difficult conversation.

I have watched this twice and it quits at the time stamp 27:14 both times. I was interested in this but was unable to get credit for it due to the malfunction.

    Great Webinar!

Great Webinar! Great ideas to help.

I have the book and will be taking the ideas as well as reading the book to help me have those difficult conversations that should ultimately help improve student outcome. As a first year principal getting comfortable with those difficult conversations is crucial.

It stops and won't finish, so I get no credit for watching it. Great!
