    Interesting thought on compassion fatigue.

I love that your closing thought was reading a Bible verse, a wonderful way to renew your mind daily! There were a lot of really good tips for teachers in this. My career is very stressful because there are many students who do not care about learning and it is such a challenge to find ways to motivate them. I do realize that they need to practice self-care and be taught to have strong healthy mindsets as well. Even though I am teaching Visual Arts and Art History, I often teach about character traits using read-alouds and teach students about being kind, respectful and responsible.

I appreciated the daily affirmations idea.
