There is no doubt that school leaders play a pivotal role in affecting the climate, attitude, and reputation of their schools. But how do you become an inclusive school leader? What are the traits that inclusive school leaders share? Join Dr. Courtney Teague as she shares best practices for leading a school that leverages the diverse talents of teachers, administrators, and other education stakeholders. You will also learn the seven key traits of inclusive school leaders, the benefits of being an inclusive leader, and tips for avoiding common school leadership pitfalls.
