    So true! Adults bully just as children do. It's especially important to be supportive and helpful to young and less experiences teacher in this day and time. I have learned so much from young teachers and need to remember that their feelings and ideas are valid! We need to be on the same team!

    We don't necessarily have bullying in my building, but we have staff who like to give directives as if they were admin and this intimidates our new staff members. When they complain, it doesn't get resolved...those staff members mock the new teachers, but not to their faces.
