Session Description:
Yes, workplace bullying hurts! Bullying is an unwanted social behavior in which everyone plays a role, whether it is a leader, a bystander, or an organizational culture. Join Dr. Courtney Teague as she shares the emotional, psychological, and financial costs of workplace bullying as well as coaching strategies to manage those who engage in bullying. We will also explore the primary differences between workplace bullying and harassment.
