Great presentation! The organizational tips are helpful indeed.

I am going to continue fiddling with things. I was able to create the headings (Needs Action, Needs Response, and Upcoming) along with the coordinating colored symbols; but, I noticed that things did not sort (or shift around in my Inbox).
