Seems like the whole country is having compassion fatigue. But I'm not sure how to take that time to write in a journal or go for a walk. If I do that, something else important doesn't get done and that makes the next day even more stressful. I do not understand why the advice is always to do yet another thing. I'm overworked and stressed so I should add in a yoga session, massage, walk or journal writing. I guess this just makes me really resentful of people who feel they have the time to add those things in. I don't.
