I watched this mainly to help me handle our principal. I want to be on top of everything he is looking for because he does not communicate with us and it is VERY frustrating! I have a better idea of how to observe my students and what my principal is supposed to be looking for.

I appreciate that you remember what it is like to be a teacher. I never want to observe a teacher without that in mind. Thanks!

Great suggestions for streamlining observations- could be used by a teacher as well- to take notes while observing a student.
