Dr. Teague had insight into several types of management styles that prove unreasonable or irritating to teachers, and provided ways to approach those administrators to open rapport and gain clarification as well as relay reasonable expectations. She also provided warnings for us to NOT offer to do things "on the fly" or promise "over the weekend" results. I would like to have heard a bit more on dealing with the "absentee" boss.
