I think that teachers will definitely need a mental break, sooner rather than later. Teacher in class students along with virtual students can take away from our battery. To be effective, we need a recharge. Be good to yourself...
I agree. Taking a break from technology and people is a great way to recharge! I don't think I can do 30 min a day away from people (kids!), but I'll take what I can get.
