Ms. Terrell has some good suggestions for relaxing & unwinding. In particular, I like the Stanford Inspirational Walk which is a creative way to calm the mind and body!

I enjoyed this one, so much great information because as teachers we know that we have to use our holidays as a rest time to recharge. I really loved the part about blogging to rest, and put down the technology. ;)
