This was great! Thank you... Haha most of us are giving the general feedback.
To be more specific, I was pleased to see that I was already employing suggestion 4, promoting self-assessment and goal setting. I believe practices 2 and 3 are the most helpful to me right now and far as what I can begin adding as soon as possible. I would like to look into reciprocal teaching a bit more :)
