Some great ideas. Will probably use more with myself.

With covid, we've had to take home any soft coverings in the classroom. I was wonder how else we can continue to make it a cozy home environment. Great idea for a survival kit, but we have to think of things students can't touch. I like the use of cell phones activities. Finding activities to do without touching has been a struggle. I've had to use Pinterest for ideas.

Good Points!!! I am over Sixty and continue to teach during the pandemic. Love my school and students. Will use ideas to relax and energize myself.

Some good ideas, both old and new. Great reminders to take time to energize, rest, refuel, et cetera.
