This was good. I really like the presenter's style, and she's clearly qualified and competent. However, I found myself wishing this topic was broken down into even smaller bites; that is, instead of just breaking the anti-bias framework webinars down by Identity, Diversity, etc., it would have been awesome to further subdivide along grade-level clusters. That way this webinar on Identity could have gone much more in depth and offered more examples and applications for each grade level. As it was, I felt like I was basically just directed to a website for personal inquiry. Granted, it's a cool website, and I'll definitely take the time to do that personal inquiry, but still... if someone had just handed me the website, I could've spend the last 30 minutes exploring it instead of hearing about a bunch of things for grade levels I don't work with. Totally not trying to be negative here! It really is IMPORTANT material, and I think Megan was a great presenter! I appreciated what she shared.
