And just as tablets and mobile apps are becoming commonplace in many core subjects, they can be easily integrated into elective curriculum as well. Join Lauren Boucher as she explores 15 free apps to spark engagement and motivation in Art, Music, and PE. In addition to sharing a variety of apps, Lauren will also discuss lesson and project ideas for each.

I'm a HS Music Teacher. This was a helpful overview of more than 15 apps. Something for everyone in here.

During the webinar, I had a Project idea: listen to a piece of music. Create a list of keywords that come to mind. Use keywords to search internet for images. Then use the Quiver, hopscotch, sketchbook, or Aviary other apps to manipulate the image. Then create a meme, story, or class project.

I teach special needs and the stoppola android or Stop Motion Studio iOs sounds like it could be helpful to create movement vocabular, then put those individual movements into a sequenced movement series.

Seesaw was already on my list of apps to explore, so I'll be looking on SimpleK12 for some sessions on how to use that for my music classroom.

Nice work
