I found the ideas to be food for thought. I don't find the standard letter grades used by my school to be an effective way to show student learning.

I began using Standards-Based grading this school year (SY2017-2018) after learning about it at an SREB/MDC High Schools That Work Conference last summer. It has made my life much easier.
