This presentation gives just one example of an app to address each of the "excuses" so we're left feeling refreshingly hopeful, with an "I can do this" attitude, instead of feeling overwhelmed. There are tons of really great apps and technology ideas out there, but sometimes the hardest part of getting started is choosing that one app/idea and then, actually beginning.
