| About Me: |
I am a former special education teacher. I taught students with special needs for four years, two years as teacher for students who are diagnosed with multiple disabilities and two years as a technology integration teacher.
During my career, I created a technology integration program for the school and brought in several grants for the school. I also taught several professional development courses and workshops for the faculty and staff at the school. I am currently a graduate student at Penn State University, studying to obtain my PhD in Instructional Systems. My research interests include: social networking, how students with special needs can benefit from the use of technology in their classrooms, assistive technologies, and mobile learning. |
