About Me: |
Valerie Verhunce is an Instructional Technology Specialist with the Oshkosh Area School District in Wisconsin. She has taught second grade, third grade, fifth grade as well as an elementary math coach and gifted education. Val is passionate about embedding technology to enhance student learning. Most of her time is spent working with teachers to incorporate 1:1 technologies, sharing Web 2.0 tools with teachers, providing professional development that engages teachers, and developing classroom and device management plans, and sharing her love of innovative teaching with others.
Valerie earned a B.S. and Master's degree in Elementary Education, Curriculum & Instruction, Administration and Educational Technology.
