Sonja Delafosse

Sonja Delafosse has been an educator for over 20 years. The first twelve years of Sonja’s career were as a K-6 elementary music teacher in a two-room school house near Ellensburg, WA and then as a Middle School choral and math teacher at Tolt Middle School in Carnation, WA. Since 2006, Sonja has worked with administrators and teachers from all grade levels and content areas on integrating technology and using best practices to develop high-quality instruction. Sonja has facilitated trainings all over the U.S., as well as with Global Partners in Learning Institutes from over 70 countries. In April of 2015, Sonja joined Microsoft's Worldwide Education Team as Senior Partners-in-Learning Manager, responsible for the Educator audience. She works to develop, scale and manage educator-specific initiatives globally.
