Helen Gooch
Helen Gooch was selected as one of the first Microsoft Education Fellows. In that role she conducts trainings and presentations nationwide through the Microsoft Innovative Educator program, bringing the message of how the tools and technologies of Microsoft can make a positive impact in the education of students. She has been an educator for over 32 years, holding an M.Ed. from Vanderbilt University. During the early years of her education career, Helen was hired by IBM as an Educational Instructional Specialist. She has taught at all grade levels from 1st through 8th, as well as led students in multi-aged settings. Recognized as a Fulbright Scholar to Japan, Helen has been Information and Communications Technology Certified from Cambridge University, and is a Certified Online Learning Course Creator and Facilitator.
