If you weren't in education, what do you think you'd be doing and why?
Owning and operating a sewing and fabric store. I really enjoy sewing and love working with adults learning to sew.

I wanted to be an Interior Designer. My father worked in home construction and I enjoyed going to the job sites with him.

Being with my family and enjoying our time together.

The teacher who had the biggest impact on me and why:
Lois Pearson - I went back to grad school wanting out of education, and she helped me see what I really liked about teaching by having me be her grad assistant and supervise student teachers.
If you were dictator and had total control, tomorrow education would:
Education would be free for all as long as they wanted to go and without financial resource limits.
If you could live anywhere other than where you are, it would be:
I would like to live in Washington DC or Orlando. I really like all there is to do in both places.
The biggest problem with K-12 education is:
