Q & A with Catlin Tucker

What's your idea of happiness?

Being surrounded by my family on one of many adventures around the world.

Twitter changed my life because:

I learn something new every day! My growing PLN is a source of constant inspiration and food for thought.

What are your favorite books and authors?

Maya Angelou, Barbara Kingsolver, John Steinbeck, Amy Tan, Chaucer...anything by Shakespeare. My favorite books are: A Prayer for Owen Meany, Little Bee, Hotel on the Corner of Bitter and Sweet, The Help, Memoirs of a Geisha, Into Thin Air...too many to name them all!

If you were dictator and had total control, tomorrow education would:

Change everything. Small class sizes, up-to-date technology for ALL, quality professional development build into the school schedule to support teachers, and an unlocked supply room ; )

Do you have a motto you live by?

Be thankful for every moment and try to stay present.
