After 10 years in the classroom, inspired by the design and engineering processes he taught, Darren Coon left his job as a technology and engineering teacher. A few years later he had numerous products developed, patents awarded, and hundreds of millions of products sold. The problem… he really missed education, so he circled back around to TeacherGeek; a company providing free curricula and low-cost materials that allow kids to become innovators.
