Good suggestions for self help...wishing their were more ways to build morale. Tired of toxic positivity from admin. Unrealistic expectations about class life as many never set foot in a classroom except for yearly evaluations.
The various webinars were a refresher as well as educational in other ways. Over all they were clear, positive and a good resource. Having the various resources in one main place is so helpful for daily retrieval. A major goal for educators who understand every subject should be enthusiastic and that begins within as well as how they feel about each child they service.
Absolutely fabulous!! such good information!
