I started using google classroom almost exclusively this past school year. I was using moodle but I really enjoyed the google classroom. I post all assignments in my classrooms and use topics to organize things for the students to have easier access to their data. When I have a lesson, I use a link for the students to use to avoid mistakes in getting to the days website. I also attach google documents for the students to collaborate with in the assignments section. I have one student open the file and then share with others in their group. It automatically shares with me and then I can grade the group project as long as the one who chose the original document is the one who submits it. Last but not least, I email parents regularly. The parents love my weekly newsletters.

I love using Google Classroom. I find that it is a great tool to use for my students and it helps reduce the use of paper.

Google Classroom is great for the teacher and student. I can easily check if assignments are completed, and the students have access to them(they don't have to worry about forgetting them).

One of my favorite tools! Love how student work is organized in one place, easy for presentations. Also find Google Classroom effective for making sub-plans; it's a quick way to remotely communicate lessons and assignments on those days I have to be off campus.

I make sure to post everything as an assignment. Then, google classroom automatically creates a calendar with each assignment and it’s due date so students can keep track of assignments and manage their time. I also make sure to link google classroom assignments in announcements and emails to students. It makes it very handy when students are absent!

What an interesting question! I believe that we have started using it more with the lockdown, at least here in my country. Nobody knew it and those who knew about it, didn't pay attention as everything was done at school.

These days, we do everything inside Classroom as it is compulsory in my school. We can use other platforms but we... create classes and assigments, upload material, videochat, record sessions... whatever Google allows us to do, we do it!

My school has been a Google school for quite awhile now so every teacher uses Google Classroom (so students are very familiar with it). The key things that I like to use are assigning assignments underneath the classwork tab and creating topics to organize where the assignments go. Also, I like to use the scheduling feature so that assignments only come up when I'm ready for them (and I can plan in advance).

Our school has been Google as wel. I try and stay organized as well. Number assignments. Love the Calendar "To Do".
