I absolutely love the different challenge ideas however the reward system sounds like a huge undertaking. I am wondering how many students Jose has each year. At my US high school teachers have an average of 125 students and 3 different preps. We are also divided into quarters not trimesters which makes grade reporting come around very quickly. I am the Technology Integration Specialist for the school and I think it would be fun to create school-wide challenges. How would I manage keeping track of posts from 3000+ students? Yes it is a big school. I have to think about how to adjust this idea for such a big school.

I just shared this to my FB wall! I love the blogging challenge. I have been looking for a way to integrate blogging into my lessons and this has been a great spring board. Looking forward to developing a model and putting this to work! I think my students will love it!
