Overview

The ability to send and receive email messages has revolutionized the way many people communicate for both business and pleasure; however, while sending and receiving email may seem basic, there are steps you can take to ensure that you use it as efficiently as possible, without being overwhelmed. Join Jerry Swiatek as he covers how to receive, view, and send email, including when to cc, bc, or reply to all. He will discuss default folder organization and how to search for a specific email, as well as how to mark an email as unread. He will also address how to add and open email attachments. In addition, you will learn how to add a signature to give your emails a more professional appearance and how to set up an out of office response when you are away from your email for extended periods.
