How a school plans for and responds to a crisis situation can be crucial to determining the outcome of that situation. Knowing what to do and how to respond can help faculty and staff react consistently, quickly, and with the least amount of confusion and panic all of which affords the greatest chance for a positive outcome. In part one of this two-part series, join Brent Maguire as he discusses key components of crises response, along with the functions and various facets of each.

As part of this discussion, Brent will cover what your school should do immediately when responding to a crisis situation. He will also address ways to implement the crisis plan and provide suggestions for putting that plan into practice.

Very clear presentation about all the details involved in keeping our schools safe. Our school has not really talked about a reunification plan so this is something we need to address.
